3M Trizact 622mm x 30mm belts in grade A45 are recommended when you need to refine stainless steel from a satin finish to a mirror polish on the Garboli LPC160 MIRROR orbital belt tube polisher.
The Trizact A45 belt would follow on from the Trizact A100, A65 abrasive belt. To refine the A45 sanding marks follow in sequence with the Trzact A30 belts to ensure a consistent finish.
Trizact A45 finishing belts give a consistent and defined Ra surface finish. Use 622mm x 30mm trizact belts in sequence to acheive a consistent bright mirror polish or a soft satin finish..
Excellent for aerospace, stainless steel and metal polishing applications.
Recommended polishing sequence: A160 – A65 – A30 – A16 – A6 – Vt T00 non-abrasive belts with PV/101 or PV/102 polish
