Lasting between 3 and 5x longer than traditional aluminium oxide grit, the KK718 belts give a very consistent cut and finish and can be used both wet and dry.
The KK718 80 grit 940 mm x 50 mm wave belt is particularly good when used on centreless tube applications, satin finishing sleeves and with the Garboli through feed tube polishers on both stainless steel and aluminium.
940 x 50mm wave edge belts are ideal for use on the Garboli orbital tube polisher when working on tight curves. The wave edge prevents chattering on the bends and ensures a consistent finish.
