Typically this may be for a hand rail that is to be painted or powder coated. The finish does not have to be fantastic as it will be covered by a heavy paint coating. But it needs to look good.
The solution - FOV Flexible Edge Flap Discs:
The FOV 60 grit discs have more than enough cut to grind away the mig weld and will leave a finish that will be coverd by most paint systems. Got a particularly thin wet paint coating to go over the top / need a slightly better finish?
Step 2: Use the Coarse RCD discs to blend the finish to allow for easy wet paint coating of the surface
