FX87 in 36 grit 457 mm x 13 mm is our high performance ceramic abrasive belt material with a waterproof backing. This product is used for more aggressive grinding.
FX87 performs particularly well on powerfile belt applications which work on close point grinding. Although popularly sold for high carbon steels, stainless steels and aerospace alloy applications, the cool cut grinding aids of FX87 also work exceptionally well when grinding aluminium and other non-ferrous metals.
