What are the main cutting shapes?
The cutting shape of discs varies depending on the machine backing pad that you wish to attach the discs to. Certain machines need a lot of holes punched into the abrasive discs, while others do not require any at all. Some have a diameter of 115mm, others 600mm.
To simplify the selection process bellow are on overview of the main cutting forms that are part of Cibo’s standard range. The discs are categorised by these parameters:
- discs with perforations
- pre-perforated discs
- discs without holes or centre holes
- discs with centre holes
- discs with centre holes and central slots
