Whilst not being as flexible as the Cibo Finitube the process below shows how to satin finish stainless steel tubes and handrails with 760 x 40mm belts. 760mm belts fit on a number of cheaper tube polishers.

Remove surface damage and blend any 80 grit sanding disc marks with the 80 grit ceramic abrasive belts. The flexibility of the FF87 80 and 120 grit ceramic belts will help with finishing bends and corners. For straight tubes the FX87 80 grit belts will give a little extra cut and lifetime.

To leave a burr free ‘240 grit’ soft satin finish always finish with the medium grade ‘scotchbrite’ surface conditioning belts.
