All the advantages of traditional keyway burnishing machines, and adds next generation experience including, larger diameter wheels, increased head flexibility for curved surfaces, better visibility and a quick change wheel system.

When working with abrasive sleeves on a solid or inflatable tyre have you struggled to remove chatter marks on the metal surface? A common problem caused by the small wheel footprint on the metal surface.

The Answers and the Advantages of the Finimaster Pro

– Chatter no more!!

The obvious simple solution is to increase the inflatable wheel size. Larger abrasive sleeves means that the footprint of the belt in contact with the metal can be increased. Now a slight nip on the tyre pressure is all that is needed to get a smooth consistent, chatter free finish.

n.b. Given the larger diameter of wheel we do not need to supply a solid rubber wheel for the abrasive sleeves on the Finimaster Pro. Try the Cibo ceramic belts for aggression and control.

– Wheels Fixed Directly on the Motor Drive

Removing the 19mm keyway and fixing the abrasive wheels directly onto the M14 thread has a number of advantages.

– Re-designed Flexible Handle

The ergonomic handle on the Cibo Finimaster Pro is mounted on the head of the motor body and has an easily accessible allen key release nut to allow for free movement of the handle when required.

Release the allen key to allow for continuous movement of the handle. Ideal for curves and tube work. Lock the allen key to ensure a consistent grip position.

– Increased Visibility

Visibility on the Finimaster Pro is improved in 2 ways. Firstly by designing the safety cover in a way which allows a better view of the abrasive wheels.

Secondly the larger wheel diameter allows for a much clearer view around the workpiece.

Wide Range of Abrasive Sleeves

Select from a wide range of abrasive sleeves specifically designed for the Cibo Finimaster Pro too. The standard size for abrasive sleeves is 385 x 100mm. With almost 40% more material in each sleeve than 280 x 100mm sleeves we can offer cooler cutting, longer lifetime and more control with the Finimaster Pro. Standard Products available include:

FX87 ceramics, FF87 flexible alumino ceramics, Trizact 237AA and 337DC and surface conditioning sleeves.

Flexible Tube Polishing Solution

– Unique Velcro Belt Fixing System

One of the key benefits of the Cibo Finimaster Pro kit is it’s flexibility. Included with the Set 2 is a drive wheel for running the velcro belt system. Ideal for sanding tubes.

The abrasive and tex belts are bonded to a velcro fixing system allowing the belts to be run ‘inside out’. Use the flexible hood on the Finimaster to sand a full 360 degrees around the tube.

– Only Need to Finish Box Section or Angle?

Choose the Cibo Finipower + variable speed grinder and the 50mm wide finishing wheels.

Ginger Ninja – 60 grit ceramic cloth combined with a medium grade tex material. The Ginger Ninja will remove 80 grit sanding marks and even some scale on stainless steel to leave a clean grain finish.
FMTM – Tex brushes. Ideal for brush and satin finishing.
FMCM – Combi brushes. Create a very similar finish to the Tex brushes but are ideal when working near edges.
Polishing wheels – Use the FLM wheel with polishing compound to mirror polish.
