Description
3M Trizact 450mm x 50mm belts in grade A16 are recommended when you need to refine stainless steel from a satin finish to a mirror polish.
The Trizact A16 belt would follow on from the Trizact A30 or 800 grit traditional abrasive belt. To refine the A16 sanding marks follow in sequence with the Trizact A6 belts to ensure a consistent finish.
Trizact A16 finishing belts give a consistent 1400 grit and defined Ra surface finish. Use 450mm x 50mm trizact belts in sequence to acheive a consistent bright mirror polish or a soft satin finish..
Excellent for aerospace, stainless steel and metal polishing applications.
Recommended polishing sequence: A160 - A65 - A30 - A16 - A6 - FMPR flannel wheel.
